1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the 89bda platform ("Service", "Platform") and the user ("you", "Member"). The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Member" refers to an individual with an active account who is using the service.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, proof may be required for verification.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login information completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration and thereafter must be accurate and up to date. Discrepancies in name, date of birth, or payment information may delay the account verification process.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes. The platform may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal request.

• The withdrawal account must match the deposit account.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required if unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be permitted.

3.3 Currency and Fees

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x), meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A new bonus cannot be added while one is active unless the existing one is cancelled first.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address will be considered abuse.

4.3 VIP Program

Active members have the opportunity to be automatically promoted to VIP tiers. The current four tiers and their weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:
